10.) Cody Marshall

Ranking: 10 (USA), 120 (Overall)

A late bloomer, Cody Marshall didn't join the U.S. Ski Team until the age of 24. His teammates are younger and more experienced, but Marshall makes up for those disadvantages with persistence and determination. He won the slalom at the 2007 North American Championships, and had two Top 10 slalom finishes in the Europa Cup that same year. He also competed in the 2008 World Cup slalom, finishing 50th.
