NERF Goes Glow-in-the-Dark!

Nothing beats tossing around a NERF football. It feels like you can launch those squishy little things for miles and miles. One-hand catches are easy too, thanks to the soft NERF material. Then, when the sun goes down, you can head inside and pull off slam dunks on your indoor NERF hoop. Except now, when the sun goes down the game of catch doesn’t have to end.

NERF has come up with a cool new lights out football as part of their FIREVISION SPORTS collection. Basically, we’re talking about a glow-in-the-dark football. SSSWWWEEETTT!!!

Here’s how it works: each set comes with one FIREVISION SPORTS football and two sets of FIRE FRAMES eyewear. (They look like some sort of super secret spy glasses you’d see in a Mission Impossible movie.) Once it gets dark out, put your glasses on, flip a switch and get ready to ball in the dark. The football has special reflective graphics and skins that you can only see if you’re rocking a pair of FIRE FRAMES.

The FIREVISION series will be hitting stores in August and will retail at $19.99. 20 bucks to play football all night? Sounds like a deal to me.
