Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant, the reigning NBA Rookie of the Year, has released his first signature shoe with Nike. The KD1 is a lightweight shoe that allows Durant to make swift cuts to the basket. The sneaker features a postage stamp symbol on the left tongue that is a nod to Durant's mom, who used to work at the post office.
