Do dogs and their owners really look alike? The New York Times created a quiz featuring Westminster Dog Show entrants to test the theory. We thought we'd put a (somewhat) sports-related spin on that idea. Take the quiz below to see if you can figure out which pup belongs to which athlete.

As we await the winner of the 139th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, here's a look back at some recent champions plus other SI favorites from the Westminster dog show's history. Sky, the wire fox terrier became America's top dog in 2014, winning Best in Show in an event that featured more than 2,800 dogs from about 190 breeds.
